Realtor Burma Naylor
This is an open letter to you or anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.
I had listed my 2 properties with a private home sale publication in the Kuna area After several months and not selling, I decided to list it with Burma.
In about 2 months, Burma had a buyer for both my properties. She sold one property and the whole process went smoothly, surprisingly easy, and exactly as you had indicated.
I decided not to sell the other property to your buyer but instead to a person who had been trying to buy it privately several months before. The amount of money to me would have been the same either way.
It didn't take long for me to regret not having a professional realtor involved. The sale was confusing and cumbersome. What made it even more messy was the fact that I had moved out of State in 2004.
The result of my decision not to use Burma's services as a professional realtor is my sad story. It has been almost 2 years now, and I am still in legal litigtion over the sale. I believe this is why there are no poor lawyers. If ever there was a reason to use a professional realtor, this is it.
Finally, my sceduled court date to resolve this is next month. To help build my case, I had called Burma, searching for information from the original listing. She was very courteous and helpful in supplying me with information and advice. Thank you so very much.
I have bought and sold property privately before, but never again. This one time may have cost me more money than I thought I would ever save by not using a realtor. If you know of someone who is thinking about doing it on their own, it is a bad idea! Tell them to call me. My name is David Pitts and Burma will give you my phone number.
Thank you again Burma for your help and support.
Sincerely,
David Pitts
